Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During sales, new launches, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Within India

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days
  • Remote or non-metro locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • Shipping charges for orders below the free shipping threshold will be calculated at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with tracking details. You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or operational disruptions may occasionally affect delivery timelines.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Wild Born is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date. Our team will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected pin codes across India.
  • Wild Born reserves the right to refuse COD service on certain orders or locations.
  • Customers may receive a verification call or message before COD orders are processed.

International Shipping

Currently, Wild Born ships only within India. International shipping services may be introduced in the future.
